Return Policy:
Due to the nature of vintage and antique items, Dogwood & Birch does not accept any returns or exchanges. Please be sure to carefully review product descriptions and images before making your purchase. We are happy to help answer any questions you may have regarding an item through email at beth@dogwoodandbirch.com.
At Dogwood & Birch we do our best to provide you with antique and vintage items that we love. Since these items have been previously owned, we provide you with as many details as possible, fully disclosing previous wear.
These items have been passed down for generations, they could show signs of age. It is the responsibility of of the buyer to carefully read through product descriptions before purchasing.
All items are shipped through USPS or UPS with the best discounted shipping rates through our online provider.
If for any reason your item arrives broken, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping provider. Make sure to take pictures of your items including all sides of boxes, shipping materials and labels for your claim. It is also recommended to keep all shipping materials until your USPS or UPS provider has contacted you.
For items that arrive damaged over $100 in value, please be sure to contact us at beth@dogwoodandbirch.com.
Terms of Service:
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales of goods by us notwithstanding any conflicting, contrary, or additional terms and conditions in any purchase or other communication from you. No such conflicting, contrary, or additional terms and conditions shall be deemed accepted by us unless and until we expressly confirm our acceptance in writing.

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Dogwood & Birch. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our website.
Pricing, Purchases and Order Confirmations
All offers made by us are open for acceptance within fifteen calendar days, unless otherwise stated therein and subject to availability.
No purchases will be binding on us unless and until confirmed by us in writing.
All prices are exclusive of taxes, impositions, and other charges, including, but not limited to, sales, use, excise, value-added and similar taxes, or charges imposed by any government authority.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in our order confirmation, payment for goods shall be made using the Stripe payment website.
You will have to submit financial information as requested by us for the establishment or continuation of payment terms. We may in our discretion at any time change the agreed upon payment terms without notice by requiring payment cash in advance, cash on delivery or credit card.
Title of goods delivered shall remain vested in us and shall not pass to you until the goods have been paid in full. If you fail to pay within 7 days we will hold the goods and cancel the sale.
